The business traded as R. & H.Jenner & Sons until 1937 when it was registered as Jenner's Brewery Ltd. The Company changed its name to the South London Brewery Ltd in 1939 when it was acquired by Beamish & Crawford Ltd. The brewery was purchased by Woodhead's Brewery Ltd in 1944 and ceased brewing in 1964 after the takeover by Charrington United Breweries Ltd.
