Daniel Batham & Son Ltd tin tray dating from the 1960s. The Batham's brewing busness was established in a former slaughterhouse in 1877. The Company traded here until 1902 when all brewing was transferred to the Delph Brewery in Brierley Hill. The brewery is based at the back of the Vine Inn, or Bull & Bladder, as it is known locally. The Company was registered as Daniel Batham & Son Ltd in 1942. The sixth generation of the Batham family is still running the Delph Brewery. The manufacturer's mark states - Printed in Great Britain by Reginald Corfield Ltd. D.279 A wonderful pint of bitter!
